--- OpenOffice.org is a complete open-source alternative that is just like Microsoft Word/Excel/Etc. Before I recieved my copy of Microsoft Office 2010 I used OO.org all the time, it's the best free Office Suite out there and boasts tons of extras. If you don't have an Office suite yet, I'd recommend this one, as writing your promos in a Word program helps correct spelling/grammar errors as well as gives you a better outlook on how lengthy your promo is.
